Coalition Launched To Defeat HB2354

A new coalition has been launched to defeat Illinois House Bill 2354, the so-called “Reproductive Health and Access Act,” better known as “Illinois FOCA” to those to recognize that this bill has nothing to do with reproductive health and everything to do with dramatically expanding abortion in Illinois.
