New Petition against Illinois FOCA Just Launched

penWe’ve just created a new petition expressing opposition to HB6205, the 2010 version of Illinois FOCA just filed last week. Sign your name to the petition, which will be delivered to the General Assembly in Springfield next month.

Please note: If you signed the petition against the 2009 version of Illinois FOCA, please sign the new petition, too. The bill has changed slightly and an all-new petition is required.
